Terms of Service

Rental Agreement

By placing an order with Y & W Chair Rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding rental agreement between you ("the Client") and Y & W Chair Rental ("the Company").

Reservations & Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of delivery.
  • Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: full refund of deposit.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event: 50% of deposit retained.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: full deposit retained.
  • All cancellations must be communicated by phone or email.

Order Modifications

Orders may be modified up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. Additions may incur additional charges. Reductions within 48 hours of the event may not result in a reduced price. Contact us as early as possible for changes.

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery times are coordinated with the client and venue in advance.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate venue access information.
  • Our team will set up and arrange items per the agreed layout.
  • Post-event breakdown and pickup are included in the delivery fee.
  • Items must be accessible for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

Care of Rental Items

  • The client is responsible for all rented items from delivery until pickup.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • The client will be charged for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.
  • Replacement costs: Folding Chairs $30/each, Tables $150/each. Replacement costs for linens, covers, and games are quoted on request.
  • Normal wear and minor stains from food/beverage are expected and not charged.

Liability

Y & W Chair Rental carries general liability insurance for all deliveries and setups. However, the Company is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of rental items, unauthorized modifications to the setup, or conditions beyond our control (weather, venue hazards, etc.). The client assumes responsibility for the safe use of all rented items during the rental period.

Force Majeure

Y & W Chair Rental is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule or provide a full refund.
